Messina

and the road to Etna
We docked in the port of Messina right on the main street which made an interesting view from our little balcony. The trip to Taormina and then Etna by bus gave us a good look at the countryside of Sicily (and Etna which dominates the landscape). We ate lunch with the all-day tour in a local restaurant in Zaffarana Etna. It was quite good, pasta dishes, salad, flaming dessert, wine and coffee.
